账号格式一般为：账号 密码 密保

到手自己改密，绑定手机号，登录选择了解更多，选择不升级，就不用验证，建议绑定自己手机号

登录后更新app显示这个不要慌，先把原来的app删除。再重新下载最新版本即可。苹果id跟app是绑定的，新的id不能更新老的id下载的app
